What She Does

HER JOURNEY

How she developed the ability

As an empathetic Ayurveda physician, she used to connect with patients at a subconscious level. At the sixth level of pulse diagnosis, she could feel trauma, disturbed and suppressed emotions, along with accumulated grudges and anger in the body of patients.

Being dominant in Kapha Dosha (water element), she could feel every minute disturbed rhythm in the patient. With the passage of time, she was able to decode these factors.

She started treating patients with medicines along with holistic guidance, which gave more positive and long-lasting results.

With continuous practice and the blessings of her mentors (Guru Ji), she became capable of aligning every rhythm with different universal energies. She explored every Sacred Science to understand how the universe affects us at all five layers of the body.

HOW SHE DOES IT REMOTELY (ONLINE)

As an empathetic Ayurveda physician, Dr. Inderjeet Kaur developed a unique approach to understanding her patients through pulse diagnosis. At the sixth level of pulse diagnosis, she describes being able to perceive subtle changes in rhythm and associate them with emotional experiences, including trauma, suppressed emotions, anger, and accumulated resentment. Being predominantly influenced by Kapha Dosha, associated with the water element in Ayurveda, she believes this helped her become sensitive to subtle changes in a patient’s rhythm. With years of practice, she began relating these observations to universal energies and the body’s physiological functions.

She began incorporating Nadi Shodhana, yoga, and meditation into her approach, with the intention of helping patients release emotional burdens and restore balance. According to her experience, addressing these concerns before beginning other interventions appeared to produce more positive and lasting results. She came to understand these practices as a way of addressing perceived obstructions in the flow of prana and changes in the body’s natural rhythms.

WHAT SHE DOES

Through continuous practice and the guidance and blessings of her mentors (Guru Ji), Dr. Kaur explored different sacred sciences to understand the relationship between universal energies and the five layers of the human body. Her approach gradually evolved as she studied the connections between Ayurveda, traditional knowledge systems, and the rhythms she observed in her patients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when she began offering online consultations, she describes experiencing a new development in her practice. While speaking with patients over the phone, she felt that their voices, ages, and dates of birth provided insights into their mental and physical well-being. Initially, she found this difficult to believe herself, but over time she developed her own interpretation of this information. She compares a date of birth to a seed, which carries the potential information needed for the growth of a plant. In her view, each number and digit carries a symbolic meaning and energy that can be explored through different sacred sciences.

Dr. Kaur believes that the relationship between the human body and the universe changes with age and over time. Within her traditional framework, she interprets perceived misalignment and obstructions in the flow of prana through concepts such as chakra blockages or overactivation. Her approach focuses on understanding these patterns and guiding individuals towards practices intended to support balance and well-being.

Because meeting every patient in person and examining their pulse is not always possible, Dr. Kaur offers remote consultations to reach people in different locations. During these consultations, she uses her interpretive approach to assess what she describes as the body’s alignment and chakra status. Where appropriate, she provides guidance and instructions and recommends elements or products she has prepared for different purposes. Further information about these products for well-being is available on this website and at www.piousayurveda.com. Through online consultations, she aims to make her guidance accessible to people who cannot visit her in person.

To begin a remote consultation, patients can share their date of birth and, if available, their exact time of birth. She may also review medical reports when patients choose to provide them, particularly when they are seeking guidance for long-standing health concerns. Her interpretation draws on her understanding of universal energies and the traditional Ayurvedic concept of Dosha, which she associates with particular areas and functions of the body.

For example, Dr. Kaur explains indigestion through the traditional concept of the fire element, associated in her framework with the Sun and the solar plexus. She uses the analogy of a fire that cannot properly process an excess of fuel to explain how she interprets acidity and burping. In this model, the relationship between food intake, digestion, and assimilation is important to understanding the development of discomfort over time.

She also considers the water element and Kapha Dosha when discussing changes in the body’s rhythms and emotional fluctuations. In her interpretation, the balance of the fire element, digestion, and assimilation may influence how a person experiences physical and mental well-being. She views the different elements and Doshas as interconnected parts of her traditional approach to understanding the body.

For physical consultations, Dr. Kaur makes appointments available only on Saturdays and Sundays. She explains that she prefers to keep her own pulse calm and remain fasting before examining a patient’s pulse, allowing her to concentrate on the subtle rhythms she seeks to observe. She regards this preparation as a sacred process and follows the rules and guidance passed down by her mentors. These practices limit the number of days she can dedicate to in-person appointments.

Ancient sages expressed the relationship between human beings and the universe through meaningful stories and verses. One such Sanskrit phrase is “यथा पिण्डे तथा ब्रह्माण्डे” (Yatha Pinde Tatha Brahmande), commonly understood as “As is the human body, so is the universe; as is the universe, so is the individual.” This principle reflects the philosophical idea that the individual and the cosmos are interconnected.

Dr. Kaur calls her exploration of this relationship Cosmic Chemistry (Brahmand Rasayan). She approaches it through two perspectives: modern astrobiology and cosmochemistry, which study cosmic materials and the origins of elements, and the ancient Vedic tradition of Rasayan Shastra, which explores the relationship between the human body and the wider universe. For her, this connection represents a way to explore how the individual may be understood in relation to the larger cosmos.

She believes that exploring how the human body relates to the universe across the past, present, and future involves mathematical interpretation and metaphysical inquiry. In her view, different sacred sciences offer complementary ways of examining these relationships, and their underlying principles can be studied and interpreted through dedicated learning and practice.

To make this knowledge easier to understand, Dr. Kaur has created a chart that brings together different sciences and maps their concepts onto the human body’s surface. She hopes that this chart will help students and experts explore the relationships between these disciplines more easily. She continues to write research papers and books so that the knowledge she has developed through years of study and effort can reach people who wish to learn from it.
